Level 1 fees will be $35, while Level 2 will cost $75. Also to be able to participate in a 'team of three'; that includes Law 6B6,  the Level 1 ($20), and Level 2, 3, 4 ($30) touch judge courses must be completed. CIPP membership $35 (Will vary according to club affiliation.) USARRA membership fee no longer exists (included in CIPP but be sure to click the referee option).

Course fees: As stated above + $10 fee for site and trainer/instructor.

If you are interested in a Level 1 Course contact Jay C. Lee. You will be placed on a contact list and when there are enough people, a course will be scheduled.  Courses are usually held on Sundays. There is an ORU grant program that will pay for this course. Contact ORU treasurer for details.

There will be a Level 1 referee course Saturday 28 February 2009 (9AM - 5 PM) in Columbus, Ohio at the Ohio State University. Cost is $45. On Sunday 1  March, 2009 (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) there will be L1-L4 touch judge courses. Cost is $55. If you take all of the courses both days, cost is $95. Payment must be cash or check only - checks must be made out to ORRS.  This will include all course work and materials. If you are using the ORU grant program, just have the ORU Treasurer contact Jay Lee. BEFORE attending the course, you should  obtain 2008-2009 membersip in USARFU (CIPP) and USARRA (not a requirement but no certification without these).  You can do this on-line at:

These courses will be cancelled if there is a lack of interest.
Bring proof of this to the course along with a signed waiver if your club doesn't already have a copy. All reservations must be made by February 18 (The national office requires this so that  material can be ordered and shipped).  Directions and pertinent information will be sent out the week of the clinic to those who register.
